🔎 Free text search
When searching for suitable properties, you can now enter free text, such as 'garden’, in addition to existing filters such as 'pets allowed’ or 'Minergie standard’. This will provide even more accurate results (Note: This feature is currently not available in the app).
🗺️ Does the location of the property suit your daily routine?
You can now see the walking time from the property to the nearest public transport stop directly within the listing. You can also add important places, such as your work or gym, and instantly check how long it will take to get there – on foot, by bike, by car or by public transport.
Important local amenities, such as schools, supermarkets, etc., are also automatically displayed.
✔️ Adaptable search results
Hide listings you no longer need – for example, because you have already applied or are not interested in them. This keeps your overview clear and tailored to your needs (Note: This feature is currently not available in the app).
📱 New in the iOS app: local charging stations
The iOS app displays public charging stations close to the property directly on the map in the listing. Ideal if you drive an electric car and want to find the right location and charging option.

🔔 Improved search alert
A search alert will notify you immediately as soon as a new listing is published that meets your criteria. You can change these criteria at any time to get additional results: simply click the 'Edit search alert’ link in the search alert email or save the new details directly on the search alert management page in your account.

📝 Notes for your favourites
If a particular listing catches your eye while browsing, you can save it as a favourite by clicking the heart icon on the top right.
To help you keep track of these, you now have the option of adding personal notes: for example, record what you particularly liked about a listing or the fact that you want to ask the management company if there's an underground car park.

📊 TenantPlus: view listing statistics
TenantPlus now allows you to benefit from statistics and see how often a listing has been viewed and/or the advertiser has been contacted.
This gives you a much better idea of a listing's popularity and whether you should contact the advertiser sooner rather than later – or even decide to save yourself the trouble and keep looking.
