1. See only what you want
Whether you're looking for an idyllic house in the countryside, a central apartment, or an affordable room in a shared flat, you can tailor your search criteria to your needs on ImmoScout24. Filter by factors like the number of rooms, living space, or price. For example, you can also search in multiple locations at once or within a specific radius of a town.
2. Use search criteria
If you're looking for a 3 bedroom apartment that shouldn't cost more than 1,600 CHF but haven't found anything suitable yet, try this: Adjust your search criteria and instead of searching for a rental apartment with a maximum of 3 bedrooms, look for a property with at least 3 rooms. For example, you can also adjust the maximum price and set it to 1,700 CHF. This way, you won't miss apartments that are just slightly above your budget, costing 1,610 or 1,640 CHF per month.
3. Save a search alert and never miss a listing
